HOLLADAY, Tenn. — Mr. Eddie Hollingsworth, Jr., 56, of Holladay, Tennessee, died October 4, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens. Brother Joe Rhodes officiating.
The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM.
Eddie was born August 11, 1969, to Eddie Wright Hollingsworth and Patricia Thompson. He is preceded in death by one sister, Veronica Hollingsworth.
He is survived by his father, Eddie (Ronda) Hollingsworth of Holladay, Tennessee; mother, Patricia Hollingsworth of Huntingdon, Tennessee; two daughters, Gemme (Anthony) McArdle of Camden, Tennessee and Emily Hollingsworth of Camden, Tennessee; one brother, Jamie (Dalayna Hastings) Hollingsworth of Camden, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Aidan Hollingsworth, Shyloh McArdle, Lennon McArdle, Taven Coleman, Laikyn McArdle, Haven Coleman and Evermoore McArdle; five nephews, Kamal Hollingsworth, Ashton (Rachel Webb) Mitchell, Trey (Christie Smothers) Mitchell, Meal Leavitt and Jamie Hollingsworth Jr.; one niece, Samantha Hollingsworth.
