McKenzie Farmer’s Market Opens

McKENZIE (June 6) — The City of McKenzie’s Farmer’s Market, located at 2451 Cedar Street, opened Saturday for its tenth season.
Saturday’s vendors included Lanae Virkler’s baked goods and eggs; Crochet by Brianna; Tommy’s Artisan Bread and Desserts; Beary Blessed Suckers; Linda Swalley’s baked goods, jams and jewelry; Kudzu Lane Soap; Momma D’s Sweet Treats; Charlotte Wise’s fresh produce and meat; Otis Nesbitt’s farm-fresh eggs; Bakers Acres Farm’s non-GMO whole chicken; Momma D’s Sweet Treats; Ladybug Landscaping; Kenny’s Nutz; K & K Knick Knacks; Ron Hoffman’s Garden, Produce and Eggs; and Purrrfectly Homemade.
The Farmer’s Market is open every Saturday — June 6 through October 31 — from 8 a.m. to noon.
