First Baptist Approved for Deed Consolidation
From the Apr 1, 2025 e-EditionMcKENZIE (March 26) — McKenzie Regional Planning Commission approved a request from First Baptist Church to consolidate eight individual land parcels into a single deed during the March 26 meeting.
As the lone item on the agenda, the process was simply procedural during the meeting.
The real estate is located along Church Street in McKenzie and included parcels already owned by the church and some contiguous recently acquired real estate.
