World’s Biggest Fish Fry Starts April 19
From the Apr 15, 2025 e-EditionPARIS — The World’s Biggest Fish Fry festival starts Saturday April 19 with a 5K run, 8 a.m. at the Fairgrounds, Car and Bike Show at Henry County High School at 8 a.m.; and a Boxing Event at noon on the Court Square. The evening includes a Demolition Derby at 7 p.m. at the Fairgrounds.
Monday is the Street Dance in downtown at 7 p.m.
The Carnival is April 22-27. Tuesday is a Country Dance at 7 p.m. at the Fairgrounds.
The Fish Tent opens April 23, 5-9 p.m. and April 24-26, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
A Christian Concert is April 23, 7 to 8:45 p.m. at the Fairgrounds.
The Grand Parade, on Wood Street, is Friday, April 25, 10 a.m..
Championship Bulls and Barrels Showdown is April 25-26, 7:30 p.m. at the Fairgrounds.
The Small Fry Parade is April 26, 10 a.m. at Barton Field.
The Catfish Races is April 26, 11 a.m. on the Court Square.
The final event is the Junior Fishing Rodeo, April 26, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Williams Lake.
