McKenzie Garden Club Celebrates 99th Anniversary

McKENZIE (September 26) — McKenzie Garden Club is celebrating its 99th anniversary and took the opportunity to record the moment with a photograph of the members.
Club members gathered at the McKenzie Church of Christ on Friday, September 26 for lunch and a special program conducted by Jennifer Waldrup. She spoke about the efforts to refresh the Gordon Browning Historical Museum and Genealogical Library in downtown McKenzie. Work is underway to refresh the exhibits and make items more accessible in the future. The museum is a great asset to the city and has the potential to draw visitors from near and far.
