The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
William Shannon Douglas, Christian Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, bound over on charge of DUI-First Offense.
Ryan White, Frances Street, Atwood, bound over on charge of Aggravated Neglect of Elderly/Vulnerable Adult; Cruelty to Animals.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Billy Borum, Everett Street, McKenzie, guilty, Domestic Assault, 11/29 jail suspended to 19 days, probation extended, $100 fine.
Terry Brown, Henley Park, Big Sandy, guilty, Driving While Revoked, no fine, plus court costs.
Nicholas J. Farmer, Butler School Road, Bruceton, guilty, Meth-Deliver, Manufacture, Sell or Possession with Intent, $750 fine, probation, 11/29 jail, can serve sentence as in-patient treatment.
Rodger Dale Lawson, Bryant Extended, Trezevant, guilty, Probation Violation, Criminal Trespass, 90 days jail, may serve time in mental health counseling, probation extended; dismissed, Public Intoxication.
Ivan Loredo, Camp Tyson Road, Paris, guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carrie; dismissed, Light Law Violation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Registration Expired.
Christopher McCaslin, Gardner Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 19 days, not to drive for one year, probation; dismissed, Driving While Revoked.
Brittany Nicole Neville, Lanes Ferry Road, Newbern, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail.
Joshua Adam Saylor, II, Spruce Street, McKenzie, guilty, Theft, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, no contact with victim, can receive credit for successful completion of rehab; dismissed, Aggravated Criminal Trespass; dismissed, Burglary.
The following cases were dismissed.
