The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Laura Ann Darnell, Highway 190, McKenzie, guilty, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, unsupervised probation for balance, make reasonable efforts to get a valid drivers license.
Daniel D McCarty, Wild Ridge Circle, Memphis, guilty, DUI by Allowing, $350 fine, 11/29 supervised probation until paid in full and compliant, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year, ignition interlock, report to jail on August 1; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Lamarcus Young, Beaumont Street, Martin, guilty, DUI: Third Offense, $600 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for balance of sentence, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommendations, cannot drive in Tennessee for two years, ignition interlock, report to jail on August 1, may serve in inpatient treatment after 30 days; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine - Attempt; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Improper Lane Change; dismissed, Implied Consent - Enhancement Only.
