Gardner, 20th Avenue East, Springfield, guilty - lesser charge, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommendations, ignition interlock, DUI school, cannot drive for one year, report to jail January 30 at 6 p.m.; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Mary Kay Umstead, Hamilton Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation for if conditions are met, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, ignition interlock, DUI school, cannot drive for one year, report to jail January 16 at 6 p.m.; dismissed, Registration Expired; dismissed, Drivers to Exercise Due Care.
The following case resulted in pre-trial diversion:
Heather Rene Wallin, East Main Street, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment Eight Years or Less, 90 days review date April 8, 2026, at 9 a.m., unsupervised probation for 90 days, must comply with DCS referrals and parenting custody of defendant so long as defendant continues with DCS requirements and recommendations.
