The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Christina Baker, Vale Lane, Holladay, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, six months, supervised probation for six months, unsupervised probation once all conditions are met, extended for six months.
Ronnie G. Layhew II, Barnett Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While License Revoked Due to Conviction of DUI, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation for 30 days, must make steps to obtain a valid driver’s license, payment arrangements through clerk’s office.
Stacey Parker, Rozzell Street, Humboldt, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, six months, supervised probation for six months, unsupervised probation once all conditions are met, probation extended for six months, may attend rehab and recommend credit if successfully completed.
Stacy Parker, Trenton, guilty, Failure to Appear, no fine, 10 days.
Kimberly Warfle, Rison Street, Paris, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation for balance, time-served credit 19 days; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon).
The following cases resulted in judicial diversion.
Dallas Cody Boone, Hatch Lane, Yuma, judicial diversion, Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation if conditions met, cognitive behavioral training course, forfeits interest in Weston .40 caliber handgun to Carroll County Sheriff’s Department; dismissed, Driving While License Suspended – Second or Subsequent; dismissed, Possession of Firearm Intent to Go Armed – Dangerous Felony; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities.
John D. Ripley, Highway 104 West, Lavinia, judicial diversion, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for balance, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, time-served credit five days.
The following cases were dismissed:
Karen Ann Corrado, Highland Street, Bruceton, dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Registration Expired.
Mindy B. Dill, Cherry Blossom Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon); dismissed, Public Intoxication.
The following case was rescheduled:
