Davin Tyler Watkins, Como Street, McKenzie, was bound over the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court on charges of DUI-First Offense, Possession of a Handgun While Under the Influence, Implied Consent, Light Law Violation, Simple Possession, and Tampering With Evidence.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Jerrell Baker, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, Driving While Revoked, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Registration Violation.
Sean Bradley Beasley, Morris Street, McKenzie, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, 48 hours jail, probation, no contact with convenience store, pay $7.54 for stolen merchandise.
