Draven McKeithan, Jackson Avenue, Paris, bound over, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; bound over, Driving While License Suspended.
Stephen Milton, Enterprise Street, Bruceton, bound over on Evading Arrest Flight - Vehicle.
Brandon Westphal, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on a charge of Driving While License Revoked (second or subsequent offense) Due to Conviction of DUI.

Charles Hill, McCall Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1000 fine, 16-day sentence, probation, forfeit $384 money seized; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Julius Dean Owens, Kemp Street, McKenzie, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1000 fine, probation, forfeit $75,000; $8,639.55 returned to defendant/attorney; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Robert Reynolds, Jax Road, Milan, guilty, DUI Second Offense, $600 fine, 45 days jail, probation, DUI School, Alcohol and Drug Evaluation, in-patient treatment in lieu of jail on day-for-day substitution.
Shawn Roy, Mathis Road, Martin, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, guilty, Driving While Canceled-Second or Subsequent Offense, $1000 fine, probation, must obtain Tennessee Driver’s License; dismissed, Tampering with Evidence; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Daren Scott, Marlboro Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended seven months.
Mark Thomas, Park Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Canceled, time served, supervised probation, must take steps to obtain driver’s license; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Violation.
Christina Alexandra Vandyke, Mount Orange Road, Trenton, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $50 fine, 48 hours jail, must obtain a driver’s license; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Registration Expired.
Daniel James Webb, Church Street, Greenfield, guilty, Failure to Appear, no sentence listed.
James D. Webb, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, no sentence listed.
Eric N. Wright, Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Aggravated 911 Calls in Non-Emergency Situation; $50 fine, probation, must have a mental health assessment.
