Carroll County General Sessions

HUNTINGDON (April 5) — The following cases were heard in the Carroll County General Sessions Court on April 5.

Two defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Thomas Blackmon, Medina-Humboldt Highway, Medina, bound over on charges of Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange; Simple Possession; Schedule V Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Stacy Layann Myers, Springdale Lane, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture,, Deliver, Sell, Possession with Intent.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

James Anderson, Tennessee Street, McKenzie, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1,500 fine, supervised probation, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign.

Kenneth Ray Beckham, Dollar Hill Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Revoked Due to DUI Conviction, $250 fine, six months sentence, suspended except two days, probation.

Khylan Burton, Cobblestone Street, Humboldt, guilty, Driving While Canceled, probation, must obtain a valid driver’s license; dismissed, Speeding.

Renae Justice-Wyatt, Cox Lane, Huntingdon, guillty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, probation, not to drive for one year; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Display of Registration Plate.

Earl Kindler, Highway 114, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, five days jail; guilty, Failure to Carry Drivers License; guilty, Failure to Appear; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kayla Miller, Highland Avenue, Jackson, guilty, Probation Violation, 90 days jail, probation extended.

Eric Shaun Permenter, Courtland Street, Jackson, guilty, Public Intoxication, guilty, Public Intoxication, $50 fine, 30 days suspended sentence, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling.

Joshua Adam Saylor, II, homeless, McKenzie, guilty, Public Intoxication, credit for time served, banned from the Bethel campus, must continue inpatient treatment; guilty, criminal trespass, 30 days jail.

The following cases were dismissed:

Rose Folkman, Highway 22, Huntingdon, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Matthew J. Rigney, Washington Avenue, Camden, dismissed, Escape.
