Crystal Christman, Doubleday Lane, Mansfield, was guilty of theft of merchandise, 11/29 jail suspension to 48 hours, restitution to retailer of $48.99, probation, and no contact with retailer.
Scotty Bryant Foster, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Revoked, guilty, Public Intoxication, $250 fine, probation, 11/29 jail.
William A. Hollowell, Hawkins Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication.
Dylan McSwain, Porter Norwood Road, Mansfield, guilty, DUI - First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, probation, not to drive for one year, DUI School, Alcohol and Drug Evaluation; dismissed, Resist Stop or Arrest; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.
The following cases were dismissed.
Jacinda Bates, Field Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Probation Violation.
Terry Crittendon, Troy-Hickman Road, Union City, dismissed, Driving While Revoked.
Cameron Jace Hernandez, Dogwood Hills Dr., Paris, dismissed, Domestic Assault - first and second offenses.
Gary Hocker, Shirley Lane, Eva, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Joseph T. McGregor, Main Street, Atwood, dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Fentanyl, Drug Paraphernalia, Meth-Deliver, Sell, Possess with Intent. All charges dismissed - search for outer building was not included in search warrant.
Amber Sparks, Highway 79, Atwood, dismissed, Driving While Suspended - Second or Subsequent Offense.
