Carroll County General Sessions Court

HUNTINGDON (June 5) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 5.

Two defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.

Michael Gilbert, Park Circle, McKenzie, was bound over on charges of Meth- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; Simple Possession; Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Possession.

Carla Sue Stout, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; Simple Possession; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
