HUNTINGDON (August 14) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 14.

Kenneth Ray Haynes, Locust Avenue, McKenzie, bound over, Schedule II: Cocaine; Tampering with Evidence; Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brandon Hopkins, Highway 79, Atwood, bound over on Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.

Aaron R. Luter, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, bound over, Schedule II Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, Possess; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Stacy Simmons, Highway 190, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Possession of a Weapon-Convicted Felon; Tampering with Evidence; Theft of a Firearm.

Kowasha Quinvette Smith, West End Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on Schedule II Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; Simple Possess/Casual Exchange; Possession of Drug Possession.
