Stacy Simmons, Highway 190, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Possession of a Weapon-Convicted Felon; Tampering with Evidence; Theft of a Firearm.
Kowasha Quinvette Smith, West End Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on Schedule II Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; Simple Possess/Casual Exchange; Possession of Drug Possession.

Marlena Flores, Everett Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 12 days jail.
Glen Goodrum, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, probation; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Kenneth Ray Haynes, Locust Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, complete in-patient rehab.

Brandon Tylor Woodard, Perkins Mill Road, McKenzie, guilty, Simple Possession, $750 fine, 30 days jail, served 14 days, suspended balance; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Fentanyl; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
