Chad Depriest, Main Street, Atwood, was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court on charges of Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resist Stop, Arrest or Search.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Todd Dunn Puryear, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting. Restitution of $47.44 to retailer; no contact with retailer; supervised probation.
Janell Glenn, Memphis, guilty, Failure to Appear.
Amanda Jones, Grove Road, Gleason, guilty, Driving While Revoked-Second or Subsequent Offense, must obtain valid driver’s license.
Samantha Jones, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation.
Trenton Walker Laure, Trenton, guilty, Drivers License to be Carried, probation for 30 days; Dismissed, seatbelt violation.
Tyriana Lewis, Gin Street, Bradford, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, Tampering with Evidence; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sherrry McCaslin, Humboldt, guilty, Criminal Impersonation; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search.
Contrevie Merriweather, guilty, Probation Violation, 13 days jail, probation extended.
Robert Lee Payne, Linden Heights, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, probation, must obtain insurance; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Use of off-road vehicle on Roadway.
Daren Scott, Marlboro Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation extended.
Arius Rommaine Simpson, Union City, guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carried; dismissed, Failure to Appear.
The following cases were dismissed.
Vincent Edward Chapple, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Probation Violation.
Brooklyn Hilliard, Green Oak Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed, Theft of Merchandise.
