HUNTINGDON (August 28) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 28.

Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were:

David W. Brown, Boyd Lane, Jackson, bound over, Evading Arrest-Flight, Vehicle; bound over, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search.

Christopher A. Lane, Big John Dr., Martin, bound over, Theft of Property, Burglary, Vandalism.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Johnny McKenoly Burrow, Jr., Jax Road, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, in-patient alcohol and drug treatment program.

Jonathan Choate, Freemont Street, Dyer, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended six months.

Jaylean Daquan McClerkin, Florida Court, McKenzie, Probation Violation, probation extended for six months.
Jeffery Wayne McPeake, Center Point Road, Reagan, Tenn., guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days time served, probation.

The following cases were dismissed.
