From the May 21, 2024 e-EditionMcKenzie, Tenn - Funeral services for Glenda Mize Chamber are Friday, May 17, 2024, at 2 p.m. (EST) at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville, Tenn. The family will receive friends on Friday at noon (EST) at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Middle Creek Cemetery, Sevierville.
Mrs. Chamber, 83, died at her residence on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. She was a retired librarian for McKenzie Library. She was born in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. on September 27, 1940 to Robert Glen and Jessie Rhea Sharp Mize.
She is survived by he daughters, Sabrina Chambers of McKenzie, Tara Wade and her husband, Simon of Dandridge, a son, Chad Chambers and his wife, Teresa of New Market, a brother, Larry Mize and his wife, Jane of Sevierville, a sister, Betty Ham of Dothan, Ala., three grandchildren, Bryant Ledford and his wife Anna Marie, Dustin Chambers and his wife, Jessie and Justin Chambers and his wife, Charlsey and one great-grandchild, Wrenley Mae Chambers.
