From the Jul 22, 2025 e-EditionMcKENZIE - Harlon Raymond Featherstone, 81, of McKenzie, died Friday, July 17, 2025, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.
There will be a graveside service for Mr. Featherstone on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie at 1 PM.
Mr. Featherstone was born in McKenzie on May 9, 1944, to the late Raymond Featherstone and Mary Brown Dellinger Featherstone. He graduated from McKenzie High School and went on to work as an industrial sewing machine mechanic. Mr. Featherstone attended Blooming Grove Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Janis Hodges Featherstone of McKenzie, daughter, Amy Allen of McKenzie, and grandchild, Austin Allen of McKenzie.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Jerry Lynn Featherstone.
