Henry County Issues Notice of Sex Offender Registrant

The Henry County Sheriff's Office released a community awareness notice Thursday, July 30, regarding a new registered sex offender being added to the Henry County area's registry.
The offender, Noah Michael Winegar, lives on Kendall Road in Buchanan, Tenn. He was charged with Attempted Solicitation of a Minor by Electronic Means.
Winegar's information is publicly available through the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) Sex Offender Registry: https://sor.tbi.tn.gov/
