From the Jan 7, 2025 e-EditionDriving on Revoked, Suspended — On December 23, Officer Dexter Richardson clocked on his radar Conrado Jimenez, 28, driving 73 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone. After a computer check, it was determined Conrado’s license was revoked for a prior DUI. Jimenez was arrested for driving on a revoked license and transported to Carroll County Jail.
