Driving on Revoked License — On 03-02-25, Officer Jonathan McDowell observed a dodge ram pickup truck traveling at a high speed on Buena Vista Road. Officer McDowell performed a traffic stop on the vehicle, and the driver, Timothy Chappel, 58, had a suspended license, expired tags, and lack of financial responsibility. He was cited in General Sessions.
