Huntingdon Announces Inaugural Small Business Association Meeting
From the Dec 23, 2025 e-EditionThe Town of Huntingdon is calling upon all business owners and “dreamers” to attend the Small Business Association’s inaugural meeting Thursday, January 8, from 5:30 to 6 p.m. at Huntingdon’s Court Theatre.
The announcement, made via Facebook on December 22, welcomes all local business owners to the meeting — especially if they have an interest in strengthening collaboration among local businesses; improving communication with Huntingdon City Hall, schools and civic organizations; enhancing the beauty, inclusivity and vitality of Huntingdon; and showcasing what makes Huntingdon phenomenal and welcoming new faces to experience it.
“This association is being built with our community, not for it,” reads the Town of Huntingdon’s Facebook announcement.
The first meeting will be brief with the primary goal of establishing a foundation for the association. This goal includes setting leadership, reviewing and approving a mission statement, establishing initial goals and deciding when to meet moving forward.
