McKENZIE,  Tenn. — Mr. Ian Grayson Ownby, 20 years old, died Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Stewart County, following a motorcycle accident. Funeral services for Mr. Ownby are Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home with interment at Bethlehem Cemetery, Henry, Tenn.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 26, 2025,  from 4 p.m. -8 p.m. and on Saturday, from 11 a.m. until service time.
Mr. Ownby, was born in Martin on July 6, 2005, to Christopher Brady Jr. and Jennifer L. Ownby. He was a member of Safe Harbor Church, Hornbeak, Tenn., and worked at Granges, Huntingdon.
 He is survived by his parents Jennifer (Stephen Anderson) Ownby of McKenzie, his father, Chris (Bettye) Brady, Jr. of Union City, his girlfriend, Kamryn Brewer of McKenzie, two sisters, Isabell (Jordan West) and Emme’lie Brady all of Union City, two brothers, Bryson (McKenzie) Gray of South Fulton and Parker Brady of Union City, two nephews, Grayson West and Kaiden West, an aunt, Clarissa Tejada of Murray, Kentucky, three uncles, Jonathan (Wil) Wood of Nashville, Edward Brady and Jody Gray, both of Union City, maternal grandparents, Brenda Sexton of McKenzie, paternal grandparents, Chris(Pat) Brady, Sr of Union City, and Sharon Call of Rives, and in-laws, Josh Brewer of McKenzie and Amber Brewer of Trezevant.
 He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Ownby, Bob Sexton, and Barbara Gray.
