Mr. Barker was born July 30, 1949 to the late Jeff Barker and Cecil Newbill Barker.
He is survived by one daughter, Miranda Hatfield of Milan, Tennessee; three sisters, Jane (Bill) Hollowell of Bruceton, Tennessee, Delois Smothers of Bruceton, Tennessee, and Nancy Roberts of Three Way, Tennessee; one brother, Jim (Judy) Barker of Huntingdon, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Brittany (Sam) Reeves and Jay (Hailey) Hatfield; one great-grandchild Boone Reeves.
