From the Jun 23, 2026 e-EditionHUNTINGDON — Mr. Jerry Nance, 81, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died Friday, June 19, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Jerry was born July 13, 1944, in McLemoresville to the late Felbert Nance and Jessie Nance. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Carman Nance and Freeman Nance; three sisters, Thora Nance Morris, Flora Nance Willis and Mary Lois Nance Coleman.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Nance; two sons, Tyrone Nance and Brian Gilbert; three daughters, Sherry Lewis, Jacqueline Rolls, and Jessica Lewis; two brothers, Cephus Nance and Virgil Nance; nine grandchildren, Javion Brooks, Javonte’ Lewis, Jamyia Lewis, Charles Lewis III, Brianna Gilbert, Brielle Gilbert, Juliana Rolls, Etta Rolls and Micah Lewis.
