From the Jan 14, 2025 e-EditionHUNTINGDON - Mr. John William Markle, 81, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Friday January 10, 2025 at his home.
Mr. Markle was born January 30, 1943 to the late Bernard Markle and Helen Mae Wagner. He was preceded in death by his wife, Raye Gloria Markle, and a granddaughter, Brittany Markle.
He is survived by two sons, Chris (Melissa) Markle of Stoverstown, Pennsylvania, and John (Holly) Markle II of Yorkana, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Brock Markle, Kathryn Landis, and Alexander Markle; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any local hospice organization.
