Joy Bell Stacey

TRENTON, Tenn. — A memorial visitation for Joy Bell Stacey is Friday, August 21, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. There will be no other services; her request was to be cremated.

Ms. Stacey, 60, died Friday, August 14, 2026, at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. She was a home manager for Easter Seals. Born on October 11, 1965, in Jackson, Tenn. to Talbert Dalton Richardson, Sr. and Bertha Mae Mullins Stone.

She is survived by her children, Celia (Trenton Smith) Blasingame of Trenton, and Demyan Anderson of Rutland, VT, her husband, David Stacey of Trenton; two sisters Joyce Vestals of Trezevant, Glenda Richardson of McKenzie; four brothers, Roy Mullins of McKenzie, Tommy Mealer of FL, Talbert Richardson, Jr of McKenzie, and James Richardson of Fl.

She is preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Ash-Lynn Smith.
