Life Care Center of Bruceton-Hollow Rock Earns Bronze National Quality Award
From the Jun 30, 2026 e-Edition
BRUCETON (June 25) — Life Care Center of Bruceton-Hollow Rock was recently recognized as a 2026 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award recipient by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
“Winning the Bronze Award was an incredibly proud moment for our entire team,” said Executive Director Dareth Davis. “This recognition reflects the dedication, compassion, and hard work that our staff bring to the residents every day.”
Implemented by AHCA/NCAL in 1996, the National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process in which organizations are reviewed and evaluated by trained experts against a set of nationally recognized standards for organizational excellence: the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework.
The framework helps organizations achieve superior performance over time, enhancing quality of care and quality of life for long-term care residents.
Providers begin this quality improvement journey at the Bronze level, where they develop an organizational profile outlining key elements such as their vision, mission, customer base, core strengths and challenges.
“Achieving the Bronze Award is especially meaningful because it validates our commitment to providing high-quality care and continually striving for excellence,” Davis added. “The Bronze Award is a wonderful milestone, but more importantly, it represents the dedication of a team that genuinely cares about the people we serve. We look forward to continuing this Quality Award journey!”
The Award will be formally presented during “Delivering Solutions 26,” the AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention and Exposition, Oct. 11-14, in Boston, Mass.
Life Care Center of Bruceton-Hollow Rock, located at 105 Rowland Avenue in Bruceton, is one of 26 skilled nursing and rehab facilities in Tennessee managed by Life Care Centers of America.
Life Care Centers of America manages more than 200 skilled nursing, post-acute, Alzheimer’s, and senior living campuses in 27 states.
