Ms. Linda Brown Le, 78, died Sunday, December 21, 2025, at her residence. Funeral services for Ms. Le^ are Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Le^, was born in Houston, Miss., on September 27, 1947, to James Dudley Brown Sr. and Maxine Lowrey Brown. She attended Bridge of Hope Church, Paris, Tenn., worked at Lakeside Retirement Center, and was a case analyst for a law firm in Batavia, Illinois.
Her daughters survive her, Stefanie Le^ (Curtis) Carleton of Roswell, Georgia, and Jamie Jennifer Le^ (Kevin) Caulfield of New Lenox, Illinois, a son Stanley Jackson of Lexington, TN, two sisters Virginia Thurber of Winnie, TX and Patsy (Donald) Lawrence of McKenzie, two brothers Mike (Deborah) Brown and Johnny (Cindy) Brown, all of McKenzie and two grandchildren, Charlotte Carleton and Chandler Carleton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Tamatha Deane Rich and a brother, James Dudley Brown, Jr.
