From the Jun 10, 2025 e-EditionTREZEVANT, TENN. — Funeral services for Mable Clarice Sturdivant were Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. Following the service Mrs. Sturdivant will be cremated.
Mrs. Sturdivant, 81, died at Jackson General Hospital on June 4, 2025. She retired from Brown Shoe Company, where she was a shoemaker, and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Arnold of Trezevant, three sisters, Gloria (George) Hunt of McLemoresville, Terri Allen of Chicago, IL, and Emma Williams of Trezevant, four grandchildren, Tabitha King, Shaketha (Bryan) Mebane Dodson, Llyic Robinson, and Zachrey Jones, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
