From the Aug 5, 2025 e-EditionMrs. Mary Lee Noles, 98, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at her home.
Funeral services are Friday, August 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Andrew Stokes and Bro. Jacob Harris officiating. Interment to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Camden.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday from 12:00 PM until the time of service.
Mrs. Noles was born July 29, 1927, in Holladay to the late Clayton Ellis and Lula Belle Noles. She was a beautician. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Huntingdon and also of the Order of the Eastern Star. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garvin Noles, a son, Kenneth Lee Noles, a brother, Leonard Ellis, and two sisters, Clarice Allen and Nellie Gray Ellis.
She is survived by her son, Keith Noles (Johnnie) of Buena Vista, a daughter-in-law, Mary Elizabeth Noles, of Paris, a sister, Etta Lou Wilks, of Bruceton, and a brother, Willard Ellis of Huntingdon. She also leaves seven grandchildren, Kris Noles, Russell Noles, Nathan Noles, Kathryn Carter, Jenny Wilson, Alicia McClure, and Amber Pierpoint, as well as ten great-grandchildren, Ellie Wilson, Luke Wilson, Nash McDonald, Oaklee McClure, Marlie McClure, Sadie McClure, Hudson Pierpoint, Nolan Pierpoint, Weston Pierpoint, and Lewis Carter.
