From the Jul 9, 2024 e-EditionMcKenzie Mayor and Council convenes Thursday, July 11, 6 p.m. in the Council Room of McKenzie City Hall, 2470 Cedar Street. A public hearing regarding the direction of Broadway Street will be at 5 p.m., before the regular meeting starts. The public is invited to attend.

Approval of Minutes of the June 13 meeting.

Old Business:
Discussion/approval of Second Reading of Ordinance 569 to Convert Broadway Street to a One-Way Street. This includes a public hearing at 5 p.m. prior to this meeting. A previous report indicated the street is no longer wide enough for two-way traffic. A new report, from an engineering firm, indicates the street is wide enough for two-way traffic.
New Business:
Purchase of two police vehicles: Funds are coming from Safestreet Account and Drug Fund.
