McKenzie Council to Consider Planning Commission Appointments
From the Sep 8, 2026 e-EditionMcKENZIE — The McKenzie City Council will meet Thursday, September 10, at 6 p.m. with a Tennessee Volunteer Firefighter Equipment and Training Grant and two appointments to the McKenzie Planning Commission among the items on the agenda.
Under new business, the council will discuss and consider approval of the Tennessee Volunteer Firefighter Equipment and Training Grant.
The council will also consider appointing Al Everett and Brennan Smith to a three-year term on the McKenzie Planning Commission.
The meeting concludes with reports from city department heads and comments from members of the McKenzie City Council.
