From the Jul 21, 2026 e-EditionSeized License Plate — The registration plate on a vehicle was seized by McKenzie Police on July 17.
Officer Jayden Rembert stopped a speeding automobile on Highland Drive. The driver, Nayomi Sammeria, of Wisconsin, was advised of the reason for the traffic stop. A computer check of the driver’s license and the vehicle registration revealed the driver’s license was valid, however, the registration plate was suspended due to multiple parking violations and fines. Officer Rembert seized the registration plate.
Disorderly Conduct — Julia J. Hull-Marbry, May Street, McKenzie was arrested for Disorderly Conduct on July 18.
Officer Jeff Winberry filed the report on behalf of himself and responding officers Cunningham and Rembert, who reported Hull-Marbry refused to leave the premises of a convenience store after being ordered to do so. She was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to Carroll County Jail.

Possession of Schedule II Methamphetamine, Driving on Suspended License — On July 10, Deputy Dustin McClure conducted criminal interdiction on Highway 77 when he observed a white Chevrolet Silverado whose driver appeared to shield his face in an apparent attempt to avoid being identified. After pulling behind the vehicle, Deputy McClure observed it fail to maintain its lane and initiated a traffic stop.
