McKenzie SROs Get New Trucks

McKENZIE (April 29) — McKenzie Police Department took delivery of the first of three Ford F-150 pickup trucks on Monday that will be dedicated for use by the Student Resource Officers (SROs) at the three McKenzie school sites.

Ryan White, chief of police, said the new trucks are brand new and equipped just as other patrol vehicles with all the safety equipment. SRO Sergeant Andy Weaver was the first to receive a new truck. It has a big “M” with the word “Rebels” through the middle of the M on the hood and “Police, City of McKenzie” on the side door.

The trucks are beautiful, said Chief White. He said, McKenzie has the best-looking fleet of patrol vehicles, all painted the same gray color and decals.
