She was born March 31, 1991 and died February 19, 2025.
Meagan is survived by daughters, Isabella Mancell, Emma Mancell, and Cyrena Mancell; father, Jimmy Collins of McKenzie; brother, Chris Hatchel; wife, Melissa of Greenfield; and lifelong partner, Christopher Mancell. She also leaves Kennith Scott and wife Janette, Kennith Scott Hatchel, Kody Hatcel, Kimberly Hatcel, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia K. Scott.
