MHS Class of 2026 Hosts 'Madea's Royal Womanless Beauty Review'

McKENZIE (March 14) — The McKenzie High School Class of 2026 hosted 'Madea's Royal Womanless Beauty Review' Saturday at Bethel University's Bouldin Auditorium. The event was a fundraiser for Project Graduation.

Serving as host for the event was Madea herself (Carlton Townes), while MHS teachers Hunter Herrin and Jordan Jowers served as emcees.

There was fierce competition among the 15 lovely "ladies" who were escorted by nine dapper "gentlemen."

Judging the beauties were McKenzie Police Chief Ryan White, MHS SRO Andy Weaver and McKenzie Middle SRO Colton Broyles.

Additional entertainment was provided by Madea's nephew, Brian (Brayden Priddy) while the judges deliberated.

Crowned queen was Margerita (Matthew Gaylord). Her court included First Maid Jessica (Jackson Cantrell), Second Maid Erica (Eli Vinson) and Third Maid Trixie (Tobey Brooks).

Additional awards presented were: Best Dance Moves to Margerita, Best Hair to Candy Star (Caden Tucker), Best Smile to Erica and Miss Fitness to Twinkie (Aiden Callis).

Other contestants were: Cocolicious (Coleson Cook), Sasha Sugarlipps (Brody Berryhill), Miss Cherry Pie (Ryan Toombs), Miss Dolly Would (Aiden Mason), Wilhemina (Landon McClearen), Sugar (Mason Batten), Spice (Jayden Pewitt), Miss Dixie Dazzle (Trestyn Clark) and Miss Ivanka Mann (Ivan Phillips).

The dapper escorts were: Olivia Cantrell, Ashley Dunavant, Gracie Aird, Nadia Sisemore, Morgan Little, Lily Sam, Haylee Beard, Carli Beeler and Molly French.

The event went off without a hitch until the very end, when it was revealed that the police officer judges were actually working a sting operation and arrested Madea on stage for stealing gas from a local gas station.
