MMS Baseball Celebrates Eighth Grade Night

McKENZIE (April 16) — McKenzie Middle School baseball celebrated Eighth Grade Night Thursday.
Seven Rebel eighth graders were honored on the field, joined by their parents (L to R) Seth Stafford, son of Jana and Brian Stafford; Jake Ghyers, son of Angie and Nick Ghyers; Dierks Ghyers, son of Michelle and Mark Ghyers; Leighem Broyles, son of Amber and Keith Freeman and Colton and Megan Broyles; Lane Brown, son of Josie and Chad Brown; Jackson Barden, son of Allyson and Justin Barden; and Fisher Allen, son of Megan and Jeremy Allen.
The Rebels jumped out to a big lead over Milan in the ensuing game, but it was unfortunately cancelled in the second inning due to thunderstorms.
