MMS Eighth Grade Soccer Players Honored

Number 30, Layla Arnold is the daughter of Jason and Holly Arnold. She plays striker and defender and has been a member of the team for 4 years. 

She thanked her coaches for helping her grow and improve and learn more about soccer. She also thanks her teammates for being there and helping her become a better teammate.

Number 12, Madi Laws is the daughter of Chris and Erin Laws. She plays center striker and has been a member of the team for 2 years. Her favorite soccer memory is being able to participate together as a team and win.

Number 13, Madison Nelson. She is the daughter of Caitlyn Nelson and Clinton Clark. She plays defense and has been a member of the team for 2 years. She says she thanks the Lord, because He gave her courage.

Number 23, Macie Searatt is the daughter of Diana Searatt and Jeter Vowell and the late Andrew Maxwell. She plays goalie and defender and has been a member of the team for 2 years. She thanks her teammates and coaches for helping her through this season.

Number 25, Olivia Shank. She is the daughter of Samantha and John. She plays center midfield and has been a member for 2 years, and serves as captain. She thanks her coaches, teammates and parents for believing in her when she didn't even believe in herself.

Number 14, Anna Summers, the daughter of Joel and Jamie Summers.

She plays goalie and striker and has been a member of the team for 4 years, and serves as captain.  She thanks the Lord for letting her be here.
