Funeral Services were on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Huntingdon. Brother Darrell Ridgely officiating.
Mrs. Faye was born May 6, 1947, to the late Jack DePriest and Letta DePriest. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Clayton Carter; two sisters, Frances Robinson and Ruby Allen; five brothers, Edward DePriest, Bobby DePriest, Joe Depriest, William DePriest, Howard DePriest. She retired from work as a seamstress at Publix Shirt Factory.
She is survived by one daughter, Jackie (James) Streetman; two sons, Harlan (Gloria) Williams and William Williams(Barbara); eight grandchildren, Josh S., Dakota, Josh B., Jessica, Megan, Zachary, Hunter, Robert; eight great-grandchildren, Jeslyn, Jayce, Macie, Emma Joe, Theo, Charlotte, Karaline, Lillie Marie; two great-grandchildren that are on the way and her special friend and caregiver, Jaleesa Melton.
