Odom Arrested in Henry County Homicide

The investigation by the Henry County Sheriff’s, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, 24th Judicial District Attorney Office and Murfreesboro Police Department resulted in the arrest of a Henry County man on the charge of criminal homicide.
On May 13, 2025, Mark Odom, 54, of 2810 Vale Road, Mansfield, Tenn., was charged with criminal homicide in the death of Kristiana Shook-Livingston. Mark Odom is held in the Henry County Jail on a bond of $2,500,000. As reported earlier in the week, the body of Mrs. Shook-Livingston was found off of Copper Springs Road in Springville, Tenn. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office thanks all the public’s help with providing leads to solving this case.
