Pastor Appreciation Day at Grace Baptist
From the Nov 5, 2024 e-Edition
Grace Baptist Church surprised Pastor Jon King with a nice gift certificate and catered meal in his honor on Pastor Appreciation Day.
Brother King and his wife Stacy were warmly received last year and are deeply loved by the membership.
The congregation at Grace is very fortunate to have Brother King, a strong Bible preacher with tireless effort, devotion, compassion and wisdom to lead us as we continue to grow.
The church’s growth is evidenced by the baptismal service today and another baptismal service scheduled next Sunday as we continue to add to our membership.
As the church members enjoyed the meal and fellowship following the morning service, they continued to express their gratefulness to have Brother King as pastor and his wife Stacy as a great example of a pastor’s wife.
