From the Jan 21, 2025 e-EditionHENRY, Tenn. - Patricia Yvonne Baker, age 68 of Henry Tenn., died Monday, January 13, 2025, in Nashville, Tenn.
She formerly worked at Robertson Home Decorating in McKenzie, Tenn.. She loved her family, her home life, and cooking. Patricia enjoyed her dogs, Opie and Cora. Her grandchildren were her favorites in the whole world. She also enjoyed traveling and going to Orange Beach, Ala.
Patricia was born August 8, 1956, in Paris, Tenn., to the late Billy Douglas Carter and to Ruby Faye Boyd Carter, who survives of McKenzie. TN.
She was married May 11, 1979, to Charles “David” Baker, who survives of Henry, Tenn.
Along with her mother and husband, she is also survived by her two daughters, Rena (Kirk) Hudson of Albany, Georgia, and Nina (Randy) Dey of Leesburg, Georgia; one brother, Mike Carter of Paris, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Jacob Hudson, Colin Hudson, Elwood Dey, Adeline Dey; and one nephew, Matt Carter.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. Visitation is Friday, January 17, 2025, at Ridgeway Funeral Home from 5 - 7 pm. Her Celebration of Life is at 7:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home with Bobby Campbell officiating.
