Rebels Defeat Bulldogs

GLEASON (April 22) — On Monday, the McKenzie Rebels made the short trip to Gleason to take on the Bulldogs. The Rebels picked up the easy win by a score of 15-1.
McKenzie started the game off hot, scoring eight runs by the bottom of the second inning. Craegen Travis pitched the first three innings for the Rebels. In the fourth inning, McKenzie hit a slight slump and made the pitching substitution for Hayden Garrett.
In the fifth inning after Gleason scored their only run of the game, Xander Johnsey took the mound for McKenzie. The Rebels came back strong scoring seven more runs that ended the game in the fifth inning 15-1.
