Rebels Hold Steady Atop Class 1A
From the Sep 30, 2025 e-EditionNASHVILLE (September 29) — The Tennessee Sports Writers Association and USA Today Network released new football rankings Monday after Week 6.
McKenzie (5-1) holds steady at number one in Class 1A, ahead of South Pittsburg (4-1), who received three first place votes to McKenzie's 13. Dresden's (4-2) rank is also unchanged at number seven. Undefeated South Fulton (5-0) sits at number eight, up a spot from last week.
In Class 2A, undefeated Milan (6-0) remains at the top with 14 first-place votes. East Robertson (6-0, two first-place votes) and Peabody (6-0) are ranked second and third, respectively. Huntingdon (5-1) holds the number five spot for the second consecutive week.
Westview (5-0) is the unanimous number one in Class 3A.
