Rebels Remain Number One in Class 1A
From the Oct 7, 2025 e-EditionNASHVILLE (October 6) — The Tennessee Sports Writers Association and USA Today Network released new football rankings Monday after Week 7.
McKenzie (6-1) holds steady at number one in Class 1A, ahead of South Pittsburg (5-1), who received three first place votes to McKenzie's 15. Dresden's (5-2) rank is number six, up from number seven last week. Undefeated South Fulton (6-0) also rose one spot to number seven.
In Class 2A, undefeated Milan (7-0) remains at the top with 14 first-place votes. East Robertson (7-0, four first-place votes) and Peabody (7-0) are ranked second and third, respectively. Huntingdon (6-1) holds the number five spot for the third consecutive week.
Westview (6-0) is the unanimous number one in Class 3A.
