Rebels Still Number One in Class 1A as Season Wraps Friday
From the Oct 28, 2025 e-EditionNASHVILLE (October 27) — The Tennessee Sports Writers Association and USA Today Network released new football rankings Monday after Week 10, the penultimate week of the regular season.
McKenzie (8-1) holds steady at number one in Class 1A, ahead of South Pittsburg (8-1), who received five first place votes to McKenzie's 12. Dresden's (7-2) rank is also unchanged at number six after a big win over South Fulton (7-2), who falls out of the top ten after ranking number eight last week.
In Class 2A, undefeated Milan (8-0) remains at the top with 14 first-place votes. East Robertson (9-0, three first-place votes) ranks second. After five straight weeks at number five, Huntingdon (8-1) finally jumps to number four with a big win over Peabody (8-1), who falls from three to six.
Westview (8-0) is the unanimous number one in Class 3A.
