Mississippi Mud Cake
1 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cup flour
4 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, bake cake 30-40 minutes. Mix all ingredients well. Bake in 9x13x2 inch pan. Spread 1 cup marshmallow cream on top of cake.
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 ½ stick oleo
¼ cup pet milk
1/3 cup chopped
1 t vanilla
Mix together and spread on top of marshmallow cream.

Orange Chiffon Pie 1 (3 5/8oz.) pkg instant vanilla pudding 1/2 cup undiluted orange concentrate 1/2 cup water 1 (2oz.) envelope whipped topping 1 to 2 tablespoons grated orange rind Combine pudding, concentrate, water and rind. Whip topping according to directions and add to first mixture. Place in 8 inch prebaked pie shell and refrigerate.
