Orange Salad
3 (3oz.) pkg orange jello
2 cup hot water
2 cup frozen orange juice (no water,pure juice)
2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
Mix all together and cool. After it is cooled mix 1 pint orange sherbet ice cream in it and place in refrigerator until jelled.

Caramel Corn
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1 stick oleo
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon soda. Pour over 4 quarts popped corn. Mix gently. Put in oven for 1 hour at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
